RETURN & REFUND POLICY – 14 Days

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once approved, you may place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
